My pain doctor said I probaly had chronic pain syndrome and referred my to a neurophysiologist. I googled that and found RECOVIA Then I made the call to . Immediately I knew this was the place for me.Erica answered the phone and was so kind to me. Non judgemental.....WOW. I was immediately impressed with the laid back relaxed staff and process. Tho challenging LIFE CHANGING The kind compassionate staff and atmosphere was beyond explanation. There is no single word to describe this wonderful place. I can tell you that after 6weeks I AM drug free , down 15 lbs 90% pain free , I have full range of my neck, Im back to work, I have control over my emotions ,pain , and my STRESS has literally become non existent. I learned SO MANY alternative ways to keep myself together. Things that are offered and taught are: physical therapy, yoga, mindfulness, medication mangement, accupucture, massage (my favorite), psychotheraphy, MDR, which is retraining of the brain, and heart mapping. This place gave me my life back. THANK YOU Ruby for listening...Erica for always being there...Lindsey for teaching how to relax and be mindful. Acupuncturist for pain relief... . Jacob for totally relaxing me with your intuitive therapy and Dr. Stewart for teaching me skills that I ll use for the rest of my life. This place is Fantastic!! Everyone extremely friendly and helpful they all about your well-being and not a money machine like a lot of places are . dr. Stewart was my counselor she’s pretty knowledgeable one pretty awesome Lindsey with the yoga class she is phenomenal very friendly and super nice Kim and Jason in physical therapy and Lindsey , Erica the front desk office she gets things done the whole place I definitely recommend it it will change your life !!
