The team at A New Beginning is so good at what they do and they genuinely care about their clients. Jessica, the front desk gal, is so nice and helpful and always greets you with a smile. All of the therapists I've met are really kind and committed to helping their clients recover from whatever they're struggling with, and the dietitian is super knowledgeable and nice. Their office is right off the 101 which is really convenient and the waiting room is so pretty and relaxing - it's like going to a spa. I have been to other centers and this one is by far my favorite. They take great care of their clients and you can just tell they are passionate about what they do. I highly recommend A New Beginning.

A New Beginning is amazing. They’re extremely skilled at what they do – and incredibly compassionate. All of their team members are wonderful and their office manager, Jessica, is the best. If you have issues with food, anxiety, or depression then this is the right place for help. They will take really great care of you.
